Second Suspect Arrested & Responsive
Everyone cheered when Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, the second suspect in the Boston Marathon bombing, was found hiding in a boat late Friday evening. He is currently under heavy guard in Beth Israel Hospital. He is reportedly unable to speak but is communicating with authorities in writing. Here are some additional details:
BREAKING NEWS: Boston On Lockdown
The entire city of Boston is locked down right now. Mass transit has been shut down, residents are being told to remain in their homes and businesses have been asked to remain closed.
As I write, police have killed Tamerlan Tsarnaev, one of the two Boston Marathon bombers, and they are reportedly closing in on his brother, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev.

Tragedy In Texas
Our prayers go out to the people of West, Texas. A fertilizer plant exploded last night in the small town, about 80 miles south of Dallas. The explosion was so powerful that it registered as a magnitude 2.1 earthquake with the U.S. Geological Survey.

The nation's capital is on edge today with reports of ricin-laced letters sent to Senator Roger Wicker (R-MS) and President Obama. All mail delivery to the Capitol Building has been suspended. Just before noon, two Senate office buildings were partially evacuated and locked down due to suspicious packages.

Washington is on high alert today, as are other major U.S. cities after the cowardly terrorist bombing at the Boston Marathon. As I write, three people are confirmed dead, over 170 wounded, 17 of them in critical condition. Reports indicate 25 to 30 individuals have lost limbs.

Senate Begins Debate On Second Amendment Rights
The Senate voted this morning to begin debate on legislation limiting Second Amendment rights. Big Media is breathlessly reporting that a breakthrough deal was reached on background checks, which allowed this debate to move forward.
