Yellen’s Bad Bow
Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen went to communist China over the weekend and bowed several times before her Chinese counterpart. It wasn’t even President Xi Jinping, but Vice Premier He Lifeng, who seemed embarrassed by Yellen’s subservience.
Janet Yellen has been around for a long time. She is an extremely well-educated lady, who has served as chairman of the White House Council of Economic Advisers and chairman of the Federal Reserve before becoming Biden’s Treasury secretary.
In addition, she would have gotten a briefing on diplomacy and protocol before this visit. She should have known that American officials never bow to foreign officials. As one former White House aide put it, “It looks like she’s been summoned to the principal’s office, and that’s exactly the optics the Chinese love.”
Yellen also knows that communist China has enslaved millions of people and is guilty of genocide. She turned herself into a living symbol of the weakness that drives Biden’s foreign policy.
What an embarrassment!
Left-wing Hate
Florida First Lady Casey DeSantis went to Iowa last week to announce a new national group “Mamas For DeSantis.” She vowed that the organization would be “the largest mobilization of moms and grandmothers across the United States of America to protect the innocence of our children and to protect the rights of parents.”
Of course, she’s referring to the sexualization and indoctrination of our children in our schools. It’s a growing problem fueled by extreme Biden Administration policies and the radical teachers’ unions. Needless to say, the leftists at MSNBC were furious with Mrs. DeSantis.
Host Joy Reid accused Casey DeSantis of engaging in “mama bear fascism.” Some leftists are already referring to her as a “Walmart Melania.” Nothing excites the left-wing base like a little class warfare.
Meanwhile, another MSNBC panel mercilessly mocked and smeared Mrs. DeSantis. Former Florida Republican Congressman David Jolly called her “America’s Karen.”
I hope you understand what the label “Karen” has turned into. However the term started, it is used almost exclusively to attack Caucasian women. If a white woman stands up and objects to her children’s education or crime in the streets, she’s called a “Karen,” which is increasingly used as a racial slur.
If people were regularly commenting on social media posts involving black women and saying, “She’s such a Kamala,” they would immediately be attacked as a “bigot” for labeling black women.
But in today’s America, raw bigotry toward whites is encouraged. After all, the schools that Casey DeSantis is upset about are teaching that all white children are bigots and that all black children are oppressed. So, the MSNBC crowd feels totally justified in using an anti-white term to describe Casey DeSantis.
Biden Family Values
I can’t remember the last time I agreed with something written by New York Times columnist Maureen Dowd. But her latest column calling out Joe Biden’s callous disregard for his seventh grandchild is spot on.
According to Dowd, White House aides have been told “in strategy meetings” that “the Bidens have six, not seven, grandchildren.” Dr. Jill Biden dedicated her children’s book to her “six grandchildren.”
You don’t need any more proof than this to know that Joe Biden is not a nice guy. Sometimes in media interviews, Republican members of Congress feel they need to say how nice Joe Biden is before they criticize his policies. But he’s not a nice guy. Just ask Clarence Thomas!
Even left-wing media outlets are writing stories about Biden’s nasty temper!
If you were to make a list of the top problems we’re facing in America today, one of them would have to be the epidemic of children being raised without a father in the home. Fatherlessness is associated with higher rates of poverty and virtually every other social ill.
Too many fathers and grandfathers are refusing to fulfill their responsibilities, and it is creating a crisis at every level. Sadly, America’s “First Family” is a walking advertisement for this crisis. Way to go, Joe. Not!

Out Of Touch
When the Supreme Court issued its 6-to-3 decision ending racial quotas, leftists and neo-Marxists “erupted” in outrage. Joe Biden said he “strongly disagreed” with the court’s ruling and vowed that it must not have “the last word” on the issue. “While the Court can render a decision,” Biden said, “it cannot change what America stands for.”
Once again, the left is totally out-of-touch. A new YouGov/Economist poll finds that 59% of Americans approve of the Supreme Court’s decision, while just 27% disapprove. Biden is speaking for that small minority.
Meanwhile, black Americans were split 44% in favor to 36% against the decision, while Hispanics split 45% to 30%.
Sound Of Freedom
Last week we told you about Sound of Freedom, a wonderful but disturbing movie that exposes the ugly reality of child sex trafficking. The movie continues to punch well above its weight, bringing in nearly $40 million.
In fact, it’s getting enough traction now that left-wing pundits and publications are attacking it. They are accusing the film and its lead actor, Jim Caviezel, of spreading conspiracy theories, as if the sex trafficking of children is a myth.
Sound of Freedom is based on the true-life story of Tim Ballard, who left a safe government job to launch a new organization dedicated to combating child trafficking. Not that long ago, the very liberal CBS News did a significant story about Ballard. You can watch that story here.
