As the Israeli-Iranian war continues, we are all wrestling with the very real threat of a nuclear-armed Iran and justified concerns about another U.S. intervention in the Middle East. But there may be more to worry about than just the Middle East. The war could be fought here, too. The FBI is stepping up surveillance of Iranian-backed terrorist “sleeper cells” in the United States. These cells are most likely connected to Hezbollah, and there is every reason to believe they are here. In addition to Iranian terrorists, we have an unknown number of Islamist sympathizers. Radical Marxists and Islamists are taking to the streets and defending Iran. The disgusting chants from the pro-Iranian demonstration this week in New York City are telling.
