A Must See
Earlier this week, I recommended you see “A Great Awakening,” a movie by our friends at Sight & Sound, based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. I recommended it based on the suggestions of people whose opinions I respect who said it was “fantastic.” Carol and I went to see the movie last night, and “fantastic” is an understatement.
The movie is about the Christian revival led by George Whitefield, the Great Awakening that preceded our great revolution for freedom. Please check today to see if there is a theater playing this movie in your area. The film tracker Box Office Mojo ranks the movie 4th in the country, even though it is playing in just a fraction of theaters.
You won’t be disappointed. It is one of the best Christian and patriotic films I have ever seen!
Our Two Wars
The front page of today’s Washington Post makes it very clear that we are engaged in two very big wars. The first story at the top of the page is about the war against radical Islam in the Middle East. The headline reads: “Iranians Fly Flags Of Victory After Pause In Attacks.”
If you’re wondering whether that is sarcasm, it’s not. Tehran couldn’t have written a better piece of propaganda than the Post.
Admiral Bradley Cooper, the career military commander who leads U.S. forces in the Middle East, spoke the truth yesterday when he said Iran had “suffered a generational defeat.” Under President Trump’s leadership, Admiral Cooper declared, “In less than 40 days, [we] destroyed the military that Iran built for over 40 years.”
It remains the goal of President Trump and our military to completely defeat the Islamic Republic of Iran. It is obvious that the goal of the Democrat Party leadership and at least 35% of the country is to defeat Donald Trump.
This is the first war in our history in which one of the two parties in America is wishing for, hoping for and working for the defeat of the United States.
Media Malfeasance
The left-wing media will not dare quote the radical Islamic theology that directs Iran. So, I will do it for them. Hossein Yekta is a top leader of the “Ammar Headquarters”—essentially the Iranian regime’s Ministry of Propaganda. In a recent broadcast on state media, Yekta said:
“We are heading toward a decisive resolution between the Israelites and the Ishmaelites. This is a conflict between the sons of Israel and the sons of Ishmael. . . The Infallible Imam said that the Iranians would enter Jerusalem and carry out a massacre there. The Iranians say: ‘Kill! Kill!’ The Infallible Imam said: ‘Kill! Kill!’”
That’s how our enemy views the war—a religious jihad to kill Jews and Christians, and even other Muslims they consider apostates. But globalist elites and our media can never accept that the West’s goal eventually must be destroying radical Islam and the Islamofascists who intend to kill us.
The only religion the Left is interested in defeating is Christianity. To the Left, the enemy is not the ayatollah, it’s the secretary of agriculture and Donald Trump. (See next item.) If they could, Democrats would call in an airstrike on the Department of Agriculture today.
No matter how many civilians the Islamic supremacists of Iran kill in Lebanon, Syria, Iraq, Israel and even in Iran, no matter how many times they hide behind human shields, Democrats will never accuse them of war crimes. In their fevered brains, the only people who commit war crimes are Republican presidents and the people who work for them.
The War On Christianity
The Department of Agriculture was “attacked” on Monday, according to the Washington Post, which is only now telling us about it. Three reporters spent the past four days researching the facts. What they discovered is just so unbelievable that every American should shudder at what was done to the poor employees there. (That’s sarcasm.)
Secretary of Agriculture Brooke Rollins sent out an email on Easter Monday to all USDA employees. Was it a notice of immediate mass layoffs? Not exactly.
Her message began, “Happy Easter—He is Risen indeed!” And Secretary Rollins explained the significance of Easter.
The Washington Post has examined the email, and it appears to actually be from the Secretary of Agriculture. They didn’t want to report something this horrible unless they could confirm that. Rollins’ message was described as “rare” and “alarming.” The Post said it was part of a pattern in the administration of “proselytizing.”
No, the secretary was simply exercising her First Amendment rights of freedom of speech and freedom of religion. Nobody was forced to read the email. They could read the first sentence, stop there, hit delete and go about their day.
But to the leftists at the Washington Post, a government official sharing the Gospel is just beyond the pale. Someone might have been “offended.”
Anytime these leftists have power, they do not hesitate to ram their religion of secular humanism down our throats, no matter who or how many are offended. And it is their religion. They worship man, not the Creator.
How many times did Joe Biden and his cabinet secretaries send out gay pride greetings during Pride Month and Transgender Day of Visibility? EVERY TIME THEY COULD!
They were even forcing this message on your 5-year-old, who doesn’t work for them.
And you better not say anything, you Christian nationalist bigot! If you do, the Left will dox you, take away your job and even take away your kids. They will even put you in jail if they can!
Unhinged leftists have a complete meltdown whenever a state legislature decides to post the Ten Commandments in classrooms. But if a male teacher walks into his classroom with fake breasts and wearing a dress, that’s a constitutional right.
If the school librarian says, “Okay, boys and girls, we’ve got a drag queen today to help me read to you,” well, you’d better keep your mouth shut. Don’t you dare try to stop those children from seeing drag queens! But “Thou shalt not kill,” “Thou shalt not steal,” “Thou shalt not lie,” that’s “dangerous Christian nationalist extremism.”
Today’s Washington Post story really isn’t about the secretary of agriculture. It’s a report from the front lines of the culture war raging across America today. And, unlike President Trump, who periodically shows mercy toward his enemies, the Marxist Left does not exercise mercy, ever.
Their goal is to crush any opposition with an iron fist, and steal the hearts and minds of our children away while they’re doing it.
The Left has no use for Christianity unless they can find a pastor who has gotten his 30 pieces of silver to convince you that God wants pacifism, open borders, men marrying men and abortion. If they can find a pastor who will turn Jesus into Karl Marx, then they love religion. Otherwise, they react to truth faith like Dracula to a crucifix.
The secular, humanist, Marxist Left is more committed to throwing Christians in jail for practicing our faith than they are to throwing illegal aliens in jail who have raped and murdered Americans. (See next item.)
Another American Victim
Joe Biden gave TEMPORARY protected status to illegal Haitian migrants. Donald Trump removed the TEMPORARY protected status for Haitian migrants. But a federal judge said Donald Trump is not allowed to do that. So, a president can give temporary status to illegal aliens, but another president cannot take it away.
This week in Florida, an illegal alien from Haiti ran up to Yasmin Easmin and beat her to death with a hammer. Easmin was the mother of two daughters. Her murderer was allowed into the country by Joe Biden.
The national news media reports every scratch that a demonstrator gets trying to fight federal immigration police. But it can’t find a word to say about this woman who was killed in our country by an illegal alien the Democrats let in.
Her killer’s stay in America was supposed to be temporary. Yasmin Easmin’s death is not temporary.
On The Way Home

Good News
- The state of California, led by Gov. Gavin Newsom, was ordered to pay $4.5 million in lawyers’ fees for forcing teachers to lie to parents about a child’s gender transition at school.
- Idaho Gov. Brad Little signed legislation strengthening penalties for men who use women’s bathrooms.
- The Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals lifted an injunction and allowed Iowa’s law keeping LGBTQ propaganda out of public schools to take effect while the case against the merits of the law continues in court.
- A federal judge struck down Kentucky’s law giving in-state tuition benefits to illegal aliens. This is a win for American citizens, taxpayers and common sense.
- The Trump Justice Department is suing the state of Minnesota for allowing boys to cheat in girls’ sports and invade girls’ bathrooms and locker rooms.
