The Ninth Circus Strikes Again Yesterday the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals issued yet another ruling likely to cause the blood pressure of patriotic Americans to skyrocket. In this case, the court ruled that officials at Live Oak High School, in a San Jose suburb, were justified in ordering students to take off or turn inside out their American flag t-shirts in order to avoid racial violence. |
