Hide Your Babies – The Vice President Is In Town

Vice President Kamala Harris accomplished yet another historic first today in Minnesota. She became the highest-ranking elected official to ever visit an abortion center. It is a dubious achievement.

No doubt she will pose with smiling clinic staff, who make a living dismembering babies, or scalding babies with saline/chemicals, or decapitating defenseless pre-born babies.

Will they be bold enough to tell the vice president how many babies have died there?  Will they show her the various weapons they use against the unarmed babies sleeping in the womb?

Politicians of both parties have long tried to show how loving they are by kissing the babies handed to them by proud parents on the campaign trail. Biden and Harris prefer going to places where babies go to die.

Both of them insisted that the illegal alien murderer of Laken Riley in Athens, Georgia, be treated with dignity. But their hearts are indifferent to the innocent child in the womb.

Say His Name

Many Americans still tear up when they think of what happened to Georgia nursing student Laken Riley. Her death was the result of the current administration’s open borders policies, and the government at every level failed her. Sadly, it has happened again.

Late last year in Missouri, an illegal alien also from Venezuela was driving 75 miles an hour in a 40 mile-an-hour zone, in the wrong lane, and without a license, when she caused a head-on collision.

The car she hit was occupied by the Wolfe family, Timothy and Stephanie Wolfe, and their 11 year-old son, Travis. This accident occurred on the day before Travis’s 12th birthday.

Timothy and Stephanie sustained serious injuries. Travis was critically injured. With Travis in one hospital and his parents in another, it fell to his older sister, Taylor, to make medical decisions for Travis. Unfortunately, Travis succumbed to his injuries and died on March 6th.

Steve Doocy choked up this morning while interviewing Taylor, who expressed her frustration that American citizens have to learn how to drive, take tests to get their licenses, and have insurance. She was understandably angry that her brother was just ripped away from her by someone who shouldn’t have been in America.

Sen. Josh Hawley (R-MO) expressed the outrage of millions of Americans when he wrote, “Travis Wolfe, a 12 year-old Missouri boy killed by an illegal migrant. This is what an open border does. Say his name.”

As I have noted before, such needless tragedies are nothing new. This has been happening for years. But these heartbreaking stories rarely break through the left-wing media’s filter. They don’t want you to know the true costs of illegal immigration and open borders.

The Biden administration, which has programs to provide free legal assistance to illegal aliens, closed an office created by the Trump administration to assist the victims of illegal alien crimes. That’s what “America Last” looks like.

Bidenflation Bites Again

Today, the Labor Department released it second report of the week showing that inflation rose yet again last month. Most Americans didn’t need a government report to tell them that. They see it every time they buy groceries, go out to eat, and put gas in their car.

Of course, the Biden White House attempted to spin the news as a sign of “progress.” But reality tells a very different story. Biden likes to say that “inflation is falling,” but that doesn’t mean prices are falling. It only means that they are going up at a slower rate.

While 3.2% might not sound like much, a new analysis of inflation over the past three years provides a more thorough understanding of the damage Bidenflation is doing to family budgets everywhere. For example:

• Since February 2021, inflation has actually increased by 18%.
• At the same time, real wages have fallen by 2.5%. So, you need a 20.5% boost in income just to maintain your standard of living.
• Food prices are up 20.6% over the past three years.
• Energy prices are up 29.6%.
• Used car prices are up 19.8%.
• Shelter costs are up 19.7%.

As a result, credit card debt is at a record high. Payment delinquencies are rising. And more Americans than ever are pulling funds out of their retirement plans just to make ends meet.

Ask yourself this simple question: Are you better off today than you were four years ago? That question doomed Jimmy Carter, who presided over an era of high inflation. For many Americans in 1980 and in 2024, the answer is a resounding “NO!”

Biden vs. Bibi

Earlier this week, I told you about a report from the U.S. intelligence community that gleefully predicted the collapse of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s government.

The report didn’t say that Netanyahu would lose the next election. It predicted that “large protests demanding his resignation” would force Netanyahu out of office, leading to “a more moderate government.”

There is someone calling for new elections in Israel – Senate Democrat Leader Chuck Schumer. Speaking on the Senate floor this morning, Schumer demanded that Israel “make some significant course corrections,” adding, “The Netanyahu coalition no longer fits the needs of Israel after October 7th.”

Well, the Israeli people see things very differently.

A new poll from Israel finds that Netanyahu’s Likud Party and other allied center-right parties would win the general election if it were held today.

What about Netanyahu himself? It turns out that the “controversial” Bibi Netanyahu polls 10 points higher than Benny Gantz, the leader of the centrist Blue and White Party, and 20 points higher than former Prime Minister Yair Lapid of the opposition Yesh Atid Party.

Many people may be wondering how our “intelligence” experts can be so wrong.

Don’t forget that these are the same people who pushed the “Russia collusion” hoax. And they are the same people who have repeatedly tried to undermine Benjamin Netanyahu. (Here and here.)

By the way, the Israeli people also have a clear preference for the U.S. presidential election, and it’s not even close.
