This White House delivers amazing surprises with regularity. Forty-eight hours after the extraordinary attack on Iran’s nuclear weapons program, President Trump announced a ceasefire between Israel and Iran. It is admittedly an uneasy ceasefire. I am praying it holds. I’m also praying that Iran’s radical regime has learned its lesson. Only time will tell. It was amusing to see Vice President J.D. Vance on Fox News last night, discussing recent events. While he was on the air, Trump announced the ceasefire, and Vance had to react on the spot. He handled it incredibly well and articulated the rationale with ease. Once again, Donald Trump has cemented his place in history by doing what previous presidents promised but failed to do.
