Dialogue With Terrorists? On Christmas Day the Egyptian government issued a decree declaring the Muslim Brotherhood to be a terrorist organization. The Obama Administration, which had thrown its support behind the former government of Muslim Brotherhood leader Mohamed Morsi, protested the designation. "We think it is essential for Egypt to have an inclusive political process," State Department spokeswoman Jen Psaki said. "There needs to be dialogue and political participation across the political spectrum." |

PJ Media asked a number of columnists to name the most underreported foreign policy story of 2013. Andrew McCarthy wrote this in response: |

The Greatest Gift Ever Given I recently ran across a depressing PBS news report. It was headlined: "Move Over 'O Holy Night,' Only Half Of Americans See Christmas As Religious." The story was based on a recent Pew poll finding that while 92% of Americans will celebrate Christmas, only 51% say it is more of a religious holiday. If barely half the country recognizes that Christmas is a celebration of Christ's birth, is it any wonder that God is increasingly unwelcome in the public square? |

Duck Dynasty Controversy Continues The battle for America continues on two fronts: On the legislative front in Washington over Obamacare, growing socialism, the Obama Administration's attack on religious liberty, while the battle for our culture rages across the country. All too often in the culture war, we are on our own with little-to-no political support. |

Duck Dynasty Fights Back Last night, Duck Dynasty's Robertson clan issued a statement responding to A&E's suspension of Phil Robertson, who expressed his biblically-based values on marriage and human sexuality in an interview with GQ. Here are a few excerpts of the family's statement: |
