Four More Today, Speaking Of Polls. . ., Bloomberg Out, Cultural Elites Purge Faith |
Four More Today Republican voters in Hawaii, Idaho, Michigan and Mississippi are going to the polls today to cast their ballots in the presidential primaries. Democrats are voting today in Michigan and Mississippi. Michigan is the biggest prize at stake for both parties. Most polls show Donald Trump holding double-digit leads over his nearest competitor, although one poll did find John Kasich narrowly leading. It is worth noting, however, that in recent contests, Trump has underperformed at the ballot box compared to the polls. |

In the race for the Democrat presidential nomination, Clinton leads the overall delegate count 1,130 to 499. Weekend Results: Republicans |

And she crushed Sanders with black voters: 86% to 14%. |

Debate Recap The gloves came off at last night's Republican debate in Houston, Texas. Senators Ted Cruz and Marco Rubio were eager to knock Donald Trump off his perch as the GOP frontrunner. While I am glad they had a spirited debate, I really don't think it helps when everyone talks at the same time. Here's how the Associated Press described the debate: |

No Hearings, Trump Runs The Table In Nevada, Obama Letting Illegals Vote |
No Hearings We reported yesterday that Senator Charles Grassley, chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, was holding firm in his opposition to hearings for any Obama nominee to the Supreme Court. In fact, Grassley invoked the so-called "Biden Rule." (In 1992 then-Judiciary Committee chairman Senator Joe Biden warned President George H.W. Bush against making any nominations to the Supreme Court in the election year.) |
Obama Presses Radical Agenda, Biden's Rules |
Obama Presses Radical Agenda Oh, if only we had a president who cared as much about veterans as he does about the comfort of enemy combatants. Speaking at a White House press conference this morning, President Obama announced that the Pentagon was submitting a formal plan to Congress to close the terrorist detention facility at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. |
